What the Grant Supports
The grant is designed to support farmers who are growing and using crops that enhance the environmental status of their farm business. This includes practices such as cover crops, sustainable cropping, and soil improvement initiatives.
Grant Amounts

Maximum grant per application: £5,000 (your claim can exceed this, but if selected, it will be capped at £5,000)

Minimum application size: Equivalent to the payment rate for 1 hectare of eligible crop; minimum area is 1 ha for cover crops
